The timing for the event:
1:30 p.m. Check-in at reception
2 to 2:30 p.m.
& 2:45 to 3:15 p.m. Tours by docents (four)
3 to 4 p.m. Tea in the Café
We encouraged members to bring guests. Tour selections were color-coded
on name tags.
Invitations included a list of tours assembled by Hannelore. Members
were asked to give two preferences and mail them back with their checks.
